By joining the bootcamp, you’ll have access to your own personal site for progress tracking, interaction with your trainer, daily activities and nutrition information.
- 3 sessions per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. or Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays at 8:15 a.m.)
